The information held inside this book is encompassing and, like anything written by a human, is not perfect. There are some errors, I’ve sent an image of one that’s on page 336 in the Social Studies section, so be slightly aware. I highly doubt the few errors will cause anyone to utterly fail the Praxis exams this covers unless every question in the 7004 exam hinges on you knowing every minute detail about Plymouth county and its establishment by the Pilgrims in 1620, not the Puritans. But if in fact that is what the exam is, we’ve all been bamboozled and this book is for exactly none of us!I give it five stars because, as with any study material, it is supplemental. You will have to research some things on your own with other sources to create a complete picture. No one book is going to do that for you.All-in-all, she does a great job collecting the data and compiling it into one book that is relatively easy to understand, if contradictory in a few areas. I highly recommend this book, and the accompanying 5355 for those of us endeavoring to increase the literacy rate in our failing youth, to any and all who want to pass the Praxis tests and become certified.

If your state requires the Praxis exam for teacher licensure I would 100% get this book and read it all. You are guaranteed to pass if you take this book seriously.

I passed my Praxis exam using this book

I graduated college 13 years ago. This book was such a good study guide for the praxis 7001. I took three months to really go over things. I passed every portion of the exam with above average scores. I wouldn’t have even know what to look over had it not been for this book.

Praxis 7001, for elementary teacher certification in Kansas: This book has so much helpful information. In preparing to take the Praxis, I was overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. This book is a great guide for how to prepare. For each of the 4 subjects, there are multiple content-specific mini-quizzes, as well as 2 practice tests. I haven't taken the test yet, but feel much more confident about it knowing what it might cover and the type of questions that will be asked.

I used this book to help get certified for teaching. I liked that it was similar to the test regulation and very knowledgeable information. Helped me pass lol my test.
