1 year update
So far probably the only negative comment I have comes from the initial install/boot up of the computer. While booting up the computer would hang prior to starting the operating system. After much research I came to the conclusion that it was trying to boot over the network. At that point I unplugged the ethernet cable from the back of the computer and powered the computer up. Problem solved. I was able to complete the boot process and work through the Windows 11 setup. At first I was a little surprised there was no documentation with the computer describing this situation but then I took a closer look at the protective plastic wrap covering the computer in the box and realized it has directions on what to do in this situation. I'm a guy and guy's don't generally read directions so I guess it's my fault I got into this situation :) I guess the takeaway from this is to read all of the documentation no matter where you find it in the package or in my case on the floor where I initially threw the wrapping.I did not want to create a Microsoft account as part of the Windows 11 setup so following steps that I found online and prior to reaching the point in the setup where you have to log into or create a Microsoft account I unplugged my router from the gateway so there was no internet net connection available. Setup continued and then completed and the computer has been running just fine ever since.Other than the quirky differences between Windows 10 and Windows 11 which is no fault of the computer vendor things have gone very well. The computer is fast, quiet and hides nicely behind my monitor on its VESA mount. I have two monitors connected via HDMI and they have been working flawlessly.I can't comment on the gaming features as I only watch videos, browse and do a lot of spreadsheet work on the computer. I also run Fusion 360 from time to time and it runs smoothly with no issues.I'm giving this computer 5 stars and overall am very pleased with the purchase. If something changes I will come back and update the review.12/6/2023 - UpdateIt's been 6 months and I have had zero issues with it. Very happy with the purchase. Only issue I'm having, if you can call it an issue, I can't seem to figure out how to keep it from going to sleep after a few hours of non use. I've googled for fixes but so far nothing seems to keep it from happening. I don't know if it's a windows 11 issue or a bios issue.I like it enough that I'm considering getting a 2nd unit for my shop.1/11/2024 - UpdateThe computer is still working flawlessly after a year+. There was one little nagging issue I've been dealing with since day one and that was when the computer was waking up or after a reboot. During the boot process it would hang with a message "start PXE over IPv4" with the mac address appended to the message. If the computer is connect wirelessly to the router it would hang at this point for a short while and then continue the boot. I eventually switched to a wired ethernet connection and the delay stretched out to almost 3 minutes before completing the boot process.I finally took the time to research the issue and found that the bios needed to be set to Legacy Bios instead of UEFI Boot Mode. Once I made this change the computer now boots up in about 5 to 8 seconds. Needless to say I'm quite happy with this change. The bottom line is this computer seems to be well made, reliable and fast. I would definitely buy again.

Such a great value for plenty of performance
I bought this to use as an HTPC (home-theater PC) and wasn't expecting much more than being able to play video through my TV. It's shocking that this is so much more than I expected. Plenty of memory, fast SSD, quiet operation, decent CPU (only slightly slower than my gen 9 Intel Core i9 I paid a fortune for), plenty of ports, and all in a teeny-tiny box. And for some reason it comes with Windows 11 PRO (what?!?!). It turned out to be overkill for my use case, but I'm not complaining. I have a bunch of mini-tower style PCs throughout my home but clearly the days of big boxed PCs is over (unless you're a gamer, which i am not). I am still kind of in shock that this kind of performance is available at these prices.

Fantastic design, great chipset!
First, I'll note that this is my first "desktop" computer after using laptops almost exclusively for almost 20 years. My latest laptop is a 2019 XPS13.That said, this was a *huge* upgrade for me. I did upgrade this immediately to 64GB of RAM, and between that and the 12 cores, it was a shocking performance improvement over the maxed-out 4-core, 8GB Intel laptop.I actually like this more than the Ryzen 7, which I bought for my MIL. This has 2x HDMI, while the 7 has 1x HDMI and 1x DVI. This one also has a WiFi/BT card that is supported by Linux, whereas the card in the 7 is *not*. This also stays cooler, and has better air circulation than the 7, so the fan doesn't run as much.I love how easy it is these are to upgrade; everything but the WiFi card is easily accessible. And all for this price? I would buy again no hesitation. My experience with this one led to my buying the Ryzen 7 model, but I should have just gotten another of these.

Great value for money, tech support limited
Great little machine for the money! This is a great little machine for what I wanted it to do. I needed a fast compact machine to run my home automation gear (HomeAssistant and NodeRed). I dabbled with it running Windows 11 and some simple games like Minecraft and Age of Empires. It handled them fairly well and for the money I really couldn't complain. The has been running for a couple of months now without any issues. It draws very little power and has more than ample horsepower for something like HomeAssistant. The primary purpose for this machine in my case was to slap it on the back of my living room PC and docker, home assistant and a few other background things. It needs to be constantly on and survive a power failure. It needs to power up after a power hit. I've attached a screenshot of all the BIOS settings you will need for this.Enter BIOS --> Advanced --> AMD CBS --> FCH Common Options --> Ac Power Loss Options --> Ac Loss Control --> Always OnI'm putting this here because their tech support doesn't really exist as far as I can tell so you will need community support. Outside of Amazon, their website barely exists, and it looks to be broken English. I've embellished the screenshots with steps.Overall, I would definitely buy this little PC workhorse again and I'd recommend it to anyone needing a great surfing machine with dual 4K monitor support. I only ding it on the company's support site. Let's face it, most of the people buying this type of device are already deep into the weeds. Please see the screenshot for the BIOS settings required to make it auto power up.

Super Quiet & Much Faster than Expected
Was incredibly surprised, I bought the bottom of the range model with 8GB RAM just to mess around with Linux. It is much faster than I expected, super quiet, almost no noise at all, and very small. Incredibly good value for money and so much better than I expected. Build quality also really good as well.

Gran equipo.

Sofar happy with my TRIGKEY S5 AMD Mini PC, Ryzen 7 5800H
The shipping was a lot faster to my destination in South Africa, then was initially announced! Well done! After doing my first login and update of Windows 11 of the Trigkey S5, Ryzen 7, 5800H, I had login problems on my second attempt to login, as the the login window did not accept any input from my keyboard anymore. However, I can gladly say, not anymore. It seems to have been due to a fairly common Windows 11 login related problem, which I could eventually manage to resolve, by following some advice on "Dr Google" and eventually doing a machine reset.I purchased two additional cables, a dp (display port) to hdmi and a USB C to hdmi cable, in order to have more options to connect my two screens to the mini-pc, besides the two hdmi to hdmi cables which came with the mini-pc. One of these however, is very short, approximately 20 cm's only.I have tested the the mini-pc with the two screens and played around a bit with various websites, connected it to a remote Logitech keyboard and to a Samsung 2.1 soundbar via Bluetooth simultaneously. At the same time it was connected wireless to my internal internet wifi and everything worked smoothly and fine and the various webpages uploaded pretty fast. In fact sofar it has been an absolute dream compared to my, about 5 to 6 year old Dell i7 laptop, which only has 8 GB of ram compared to this mini-pc's 32 GB ram. So-far, I have been quite impressed with the performance and speed of this mini-pc. That said, I have not used it a lot yet, due to the initial login problems I had, but so-far it has been pretty good!As I am not a gamer, I have not tested this mini-pc in that regard so-far.However, the Trigkey "7x24 hours personal customer service and lifetime technical support" promised in the product description unfortunately leaves much to be desired for, as they only responded nearly one month later on a message from me to please supply me with an installation manual or a link to it. Other reviewers had similar complaints already and Trigkey would do well to improve A LOT on this issue!Given the above described circumstances and initial login problems, I am giving this mini pc a relatively conservative 4 stars as it has been working great so-far during the initial limited testing of it.

Great Value & Powerful Mini PC
Incredible Mini PC for a very reasonable price compared to an equivalent desktop tower. It comes with Windows 11 Pro out of the box. The speed of the system is very snappy and it tackles more demanding programmes like video editing and photo editing easily and has a trial of Microsoft 365. When it comes to gaming it can't really handle AAA titles albeit at very low settings but older games can run easily on medium/high with good framerates. I ran old titles like Battlefield 2, the original Star Wars Battlefront II (2005) and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim all at the highest settings with no issues. If you want a powerful Mini PC for everyday tasks and some demanding programmes at a reasonable price, that also saves space and is energy efficient, I think this should be good enough for most people's needs in comparison to the more expensive systems.
