Great product.
I have used Rock Tape for years and always been pleased with their product. It holds up to daily exercise and yet releases well when I want to take it off. I buy the bright colors because they are fun.

good for knees as well as other body parts
very satisfied with the tapes. it did stick on for 1 week even thru a shower

Good...but not the best (for sticking)
I have been using kinesiology tape for a while due to an old knee injury. I typically run 5 miles, 5 times per week and recently decided to try some different tape brands (I was using KT tape consistently and was wondering if there was something better).This RockTape was comfortable, but after 2 miles started to come off and by the end of the run only half of the strip was sticking to my leg with the other half dangling off. I you want your tape to REALLY stick to you for the duration of your activity/workout then I would suggest either KT Pro or Theraband tape.
