El producto es excelente y el vendedor muy atento y paciente. Tuve un mal entendido que fue solo culpa mía y el vendedor me atendió e intentó ayudarme con toda la paciencia del mundo. Finalmente el mal entendido pude resolverlo y el producto llegó en perfectas condiciones. He de decir que llevo tomando 3 años estas vitaminas, y desde entonces no he tenido ni un solo resfriado. realmente es un producto que todos deberíamos tener en casa por la calidad del mismo y la necesidad del cuerpo, ya que con la comida, y la poca calidad de los alimentos no estamos obteniendo la vitamina C necesaria y que tan beneficiosa es. Respecto a la marca poco que decir, es sinónimo de calidad, composición tal y como indica y en mi caso escogía esta porque no daña para nada el estómago. Con otras al ser una concentración alta, 1000mg, me daba acidez y molestias y con esta, nada de nada. Es neutra y me sienta de fábula. La tomo habitualmente con descansos entre medios, así que la recomiendo sin dudarlo a todos.
