5 Stars to the seller, 1 star to the ROG
I want to start out buy saying the seller was amazing. I received the NUC on time, but when I plugged it in, it didn't work. It had power lights, and the screen came up for about 3 minutes or so and went black and I tried everything to no avail. The seller tried to help every way possible, but it seems that this NUC may have been a issue with the CPU burning up as Intel is having issues with this with the i9s. Seller agreed to refund my money after I requested to have a refund instead of a trade, and even helped me get it shipped out. Would buy from this seller again, but not sure I am willing to give the ROG NUC another go at this time.

CHINESE model, not meant for US/UK/CAN buyers, but still works
Issue 1: When I first got the PC, the OS was in Chinese and was not the right edition (Windows 11 Home was preinstalled, not Windows 11 Pro as advertised). Because it was the Home edition and not Pro, I couldn't even load the ENG language pack, making the PC effectively unusable if I hadn't had an instant translation app on my phone. I was able to contact the seller and get a working activation key, but for the average consumer, knowing what you need may take longer to determine.Issue 2: Once I got the right OS edition installed, the system language was still stuck in Chinese, and I could not get it to completely move over without uninstalling a ton of system software components and reinstalling them. If I hadn't been an IT professional with 15 years of experience already, it could have easily taken me days or even weeks to figure out how to fix it.That being said, if you have the expertise and do know how correct these issues, the device is fully functional. Also, the seller seemed to be fairly responsive, and I did get the issues resolved. However, neither I nor other buyers should have to deal with those problems at all.
