Great customer service
Firstly the product arrived 10 days early, very happy with that. Sadly I had originally ordered a size 7 but a size 9 turned up. This was no issue for the seller who offered a replacement or a refund, a replacement wasn’t available so a refund was issued immediately and I was allowed to keep the product. I am happy with the product I got, other than size exactly as described. I am very happy with the customer service. Thank you!
