Used this for 6 peoples luggage, driving over 30 hours all over the Midwest. We had to remove it and redo it after every place we visited and while there is a learning curve, we figured it out pretty quickly. It stayed in place but would be better with a sloped front for airflow/resistance. Went through some storms on the way back and no water came through to our luggage. It was Texas rain that comes from all angles so that was good to know. All in all it did the job and would highly recommend.
