The best bought mayo period, shame it's difficult to get hold of and is pretty expensive.

Excellente mayo, aussi bien pour le goût que pour sa composition. Je l'adore, mais les frais de port prohibitifs (aussi cher que le pot !) et non dégressifs en fonction de la quantité commandée, feront que je n'en rachèterai pas.

Maionese a base di olio d'avocado, versione piccante. Molto densa e corposa, il sapore dell'avocado è leggero e non eccessivamente invasivo: personalmente la preferisco (al di là dei valori nutrizionali) alla classica maionese industriale. La presenza delle scaglie di chili si sente decisamente bene; infatti la consiglierei caldamente a tutti gli amanti dei cibi piccanti e speziati, oppure come ingrediente da utilizzare in alcune ricette, per dare quel "quid" in più all'intero piatto. Ovviamente, la maionese in questione, s'adatta perfettamente per essere introdotta come condimento, in tutte le diete Paleo, Chetogeniche, Primal e "Low Carb" in generale.Rapporto qualità/prezzo abbastanza buono: chiaramente il costo richiesto (dovendo considerare anche le ingenti spese di spedizione) è tutt'altro che irrisorio; purtuttavia occorre considerar l'estremamente alta qualità del prodotto e delle materie prime che lo compongono (tutt'altro che a buon mercato, come l'olio di avocado). Tempi di consegna piuttosto dilatati; imballaggio solido e molto accurato.

This is expensive but worth every penny as a healthy and tasty alternative mayonnaise. It's tangy and delicious and is a great dressing for tuna fish, canned salmon, turkey burgers, potatoes, and many whole foods. If you want to replace the fat and cholesterol of many traditional brands of mayonnaise with a great alternative, this is a good choice. Is this whole 30 approved? The simple answer is "Yes" - but I have to qualify it. If your goal is simply to stick with whole foods, which is what I now try to do, there is nothing in the ingredients that (in my understanding) disqualify this product. The ingredients are Avocado Oil, Organic Cage-Free Eggs, Organic Egg Yolks, Organic Vinegar, Water, Salt, Organic Lime Juice Concentrate, Chipotle Powder, Lime Granules, Organic Chives, Organic Rosemary Extract. Furthermore the product is Primal & Paleo Approved, Sugar Free, Soy and Canola Free, Dairy Free, and Gluten & Grain Free. However, whole 30 also encourages people NOT to think in terms of replacing foods that are off limits (e.g., ordinary mayonnaise, ketchup, etc.), and frankly speaking, that's exactly what I was doing with this sauce. Having said that, I could probably not have lasted on whole foods without this sauce because it made many of my favorite whole foods (tuna and salmon, turkey burgers, many kinds of veggies) even more delicious than they were with ketchup and/or mayonnaise. So people who make one of their goals to change their thinking about food completely, which is a good goal - they may choose to avoid this sauce because for them it is a substitute for something they can no longer have under whole 30. And that way of thinking is to be avoided according to whole 30. The bottom line is that I think this is a great product, and the 12oz jars go farther than you might think. It is expensive, but it is now a permanent resident in my refrigerator at home, and in the lunchroom refrigerator at work. I really enjoy this product. If you are doing whole 30, best wishes to you - it's nice to be able to include products like this in a healthy diet.

I can't even remember the ingredients on this but I do remember that I liked how it tasted! I love Chipotle Style dressings and this was perfect for spreading on sandwiches or using as a dip for chicken. I'm usually pretty careful about the ingredients of things that I buy honestly I thought I've got this at Trader Joe's but now I see that I bought it here so I'm going to buy more
