I tried this on a whim, and it outperforms the 2 major brands! Great at cleaning dishes and no residual chemical odor on dishes or utensils.

I switched to these pods because I wanted the least toxic form of dishwasher detergent that I could find. I always look everything up on the ewg website and these rate an A. The pods completely dissolve in the dishwasher and the dishes come out clean. This isn’t a complaint, but they will really stick together like glue if you use even a little bit of a wet hand to get one out of the package, so definitely get one out with a dry hand before you start loading dishes! They can be pulled back apart but it’s hard to do! I guess that shows how well they will dissolve!! Anyway, they do a great job, and I am very satisfied with this product!

This product cleans the dishes as well as CASCADE. Without any odor !!

These pods work as good as anything else I have tried, and better than many. Plus no animal testing, so that's a plus.Like any good dishwasher soap in the post-phosphate world, it needs a good rinse aid, but it definitely does a good job cleaning dishes.Plus after changing my old dishwasher, I can say that there was no soap buildup in the drain hose or sump from using this pod detergent. Everything was clean as a whistle.

These were recommended to me by a Kitchenaid representative. The only issue I have is that it leaves a slight residue. So, to help that issue, I do need to use the “extra rinse” on the dishwasher and then it’s fine. Have been buying these for over a year and will continue to.

Did you know that most regular dishwashing tablets leave residue on your dishes and cups leaving an aftertaste while eating/drinking? I didn’t. I could taste it. Not only that, they contain ingredients that disrupt and even kill my stomach biome. So I heard Seventh Generation is eco conscious and their tablets DON’T contain those ingredients that kill your stomach enzymes. So. I tried them. I DON’T taste the soap in my coffee. I don’t work for this company, I don’t know anyone who does. I DO know I already feel better . EXCELLENT product.

Before Seventh Generation, I used to rinse my coffee mugs before making my morning cups of coffee. I no longer need to do that! This also means I feel comfortable using the plates and bowls and utensils after they come out of dishwasher. My boyfriend used to use other large retail brands of dishwashing detergent and his plates were clean (but also “smelled” clean, if you know what mean 😂), so I was a little bit concerned maybe Seventh Generation would not wash the dishes “clean enough” because it doesn’t have all those chemicals. After using the first two boxes, I am convinced that this brand washes just as well, without leaving the chemicals behind I just purchased another two boxes!

Tide free and clear left perfumey residue on my dishes that tasted gross like soap. I got tired of needing to rinse my plastic containers again before using them. These are the only pods that don't do that, and they dissolve and clean just as well.I kinda wish they were individually wrapped in plastic to keep moisture instead of in a bulk bag, but it hasn't been a problem so far.

I LOVE this product and have been repurchased for last year. I use it with my baby's stuff as it has clean ingredients and all dishes always comes out clean! However seems like these are discontinued now and no longer able to find them anywhere, which is so unfortunate!

We've had difficulty finding a brand that didn't have a strong scent, and more importantly, that didn't leave a soap residue coating. Even using a rinse aid didn't seem to help (our dishwasher is brand new). Fill a glass with water and we had soap bubbles at the top. Then we tried Seventh Generation dishwasher packs and now we have sparkling clean dishes every time, with no strong scent, no residue and no soap bubbles. Awesome!

The only thing I don’t like about these is how I have to carefully squish every single packet to make it fit into my (extremely common) dishwasher. I don’t understand why they can’t manufacture the packets correctly. Otherwise, it’s cheap, smells fine, and cleans better than any other eco-friendly option.

These smell great and are easy to just put in the dishwasher and go! Will repurchase
