As a person that hates taking pills since the larger ones can get stuck in your throat, these gummies go down smooth and you barely realize that you are taking something that will be helping with your cholesterol. I won't know for sure how much they helped until I get my next bloodwork test, but according to my research they are one piece of the puzzle towards lowering my cholesterol without having to take any of those radical prescription medications that can have unintended side effects. The flavor is pleasant and they easily melt away in your mouth. One tip: since the gummies get stuck together and can be hard to reach once the bottle is halfway empty, store the bottle upside down so gravity is on your side and they will come out easier when you open the lid.

First off they smell and taste great so they are easy to take each morning. I have been taking them for about a month and they have helped my numbers go a down and that was without changing my diet. I have now changed my diet and am exercising more so I cannot wait for the net blood test to see if this help drop my numbers even more. For the price the quality is excellent and the ingredients are things I do t mind putting in my body!

I really believe these cut my Triglycerides in half!! No joke. I wish this brand had more supplements, such as for blood sugar etc.

The taste is great. I haven't had my cholesterol tested since taking these, but I am planning to do so soon. Hopefully, my numbers have gone down. Will update to 5 stars if my numbers are lower!

After about 4 months of one gummy a day my cholesterol levels were 18% better. Most specifically my LDL WAS 23.5% better and my triglycerides were 12% better. I did lessen my red meat and pork intake but still consumed loafs of eggs. I’d have to conclude the gummies did make. Big difference. Yay!Just wish they didn’t even have the 2 grams of added sugar. Don’t think they need to be that sweet.

After 3 months, my cholesterol went down. I recommend the product.

Great taste. I took this for two months, and my cholesterol numbers look good and are now pretty close to normal (203). I am ordering another 2.

I was waiting for my repeat labs to see if these had any impact. I just got back my results after taking these gummies daily for 3 months and all my values are within normal range for the first time in a long time. I did cut back on dairy/cheese, watched what I ate, and increased activity. I lost 10 pounds in the 3 months. So there were other factors that contributed to this change but I have had total cholesterol between 200-230 for years even with those changes and this is the first time it is below 200 in at least 10 years.And these are delicious! I kept reading to make sure it wasn’t saying to take two a day because I wanted more.Definitely recommend adding this in addition to lifestyle changes. As with anything, Check with your provider if you’re on other meds or have conditions.
