Great product
Used this for enforcement, worked very well. Just don't put it in the microwave for longer than a 15 seconds, as it will explode!

Burnt my hand due to no instructions in box. Very poor
Please be careful with this product as I used it and it exploded and hurt my hand. This is because there was no instructions in the box and the detail on the box was printed incorrectly. The supplier tells me this has been investigated but please buy with caution.

Disappointing
No instructions on the box of how to heat the pack. Followed the heating instructions from the Amazon page, nowhere near enough time (despite others saying that time made it explode!), ended up putting it in for 3x as long and it still wasn't hot.Overall a little disappointing.

Good for engorgement when breastfeeding
Used this when weaning from breastfeeding and had engorgement a lot and the pain was not nice.Did it's job and reduce pain and gave me comfort. The only flaw i saw is the size... it is quite small for my size breast. You should be able to order different sizes..Except for that I would say it works great.My boyfriend also used this for muscular pain in his knees and feet and worked wonders!

Very good I recommend but be carful couple of minute longer in the microwave and it explodes de gel Than you can’t save it and lost money (at least easy to clean the microwave after)... but i would super recommend and would buy again

Used it hot and it worked a treat, had to put it a bit longer than advised in the microwave though but really happy with this purchase, recommemd it to any breastfeeding mum!

Useless.
The packaging is incorrectly worded. There are no instructions on how to heat the product. It gives the instructions for use for cool application under the title for use when hot. I used reviews to work out the time people had been using. Worked fine the first two times then one of them exploded on the third use. Rubbish.

Fantastici utilissimi
Ho acquistato questi cuscinetti già da un po' dunque ho avuto modo di utilizzarli più volte. Sono perfetti per l'allattamento. Vanno messi in microonde e poi inseriti nei cuscinetti e apposti sul seno prima della poppata oppure messi in congelatore per lenire eventuali fastidi/dolori. Sono stati di vitale importanza quando mi si è ostruito un dotto dunque consiglio di acquistarli già al nono mese di gravidanza e tenerli in casa se si pensa di allattare. Unica pecca, non ci sono istruzioni su quanti minuti o secondi andrebbero tenuti in microonde ma sono andata a tentativi.
