Factory Toyota part, perfect fit.
perfect fit from my 2008 Tundra. Just like the one from the factory. Be sure and check what comes out of your old one. Mine didn't have any oil left so I sprayed in some brake parts cleaner then dumped it out on a white paper towel. The resulting stuff was gray with lots of metal filings and glitter. I then ordered a new condenser, expansion valve and a flush bottle then followed some YT videos to do the full job. It took most of a day but not too bad and saved a lot of $$.

OEM supplier that saves A LOT over the dealer.
I just installed this compressor on a 2008 5.7 4X4 Tundra. Here are a couple of observations: I get a wholesale price at my local Toyota dealer. They sell the compressor and clutch separately for a total of $600, so this saves 50%. Denso is the OEM supplier to Toyota if you didn't know. In my case the compressor showed up 4 days early, so perhaps the supplier is being conservative on shipping times. Installing these doesn't take very long maybe 2 hours if you are going slow. Take off the drivers front tire. Remove the splash shield (rubber with push pins) in the front of the fender well. I loosen the belt enough to just slip it over the A/C clutch. You have to loosen a wire harness bracket that attaches to the frame so you can get the compressor out. Assuming freon recovered and pressure relieved, disconnect the wire connector and two A/C hoses. Remove the two bolts from the rear of the compressor and the two nuts from the studs on the front of the compressor. Then using an E8 reverse torx remove the studs while supporting the compressor. You have to remove the studs so you have enough room to fish out the compressor. It comes out pretty easily and the only special tool you need is the E8 reverse torx or star socket. I always dump the oil and check for a burn-out or metal in the oil. If so, I flush the entire system and replace the condenser and expansion valve. If not I just replace the compressor and dryer (they have the Denso dryer here also). Hope this helps.

Brand new OEM replacement part, in the box, not a refurb
Toyota seems to have used more than one brand. This is a brand new compressor that matched what came off my 2008 Tundra 5.7L engine. Looks like you have to take a part off the one you take out to make the other brand work. This has been working for about a month. Hint- take the fan, belt, radiator and condenser out, pretty easy to reach the compressor then. The two 'bolts' closest to the radiator are studs. Remove the nuts and then unscrew the studs. Get a new condenser, at this point you are far enough into it that is not much more. Don't forget the oil. I'd suggest replacing the water pump since you already have all that off.

Buena Calidad
No le doy 5estrellas por que no Dice Denso, pero la misma compañía los hace con la misma calidad solo que en EU. Pero es de muy buena calidad y funciona muy bien en mi Tundra 5.7l del 2007.

OEM Part for Toyota Tundra
This was a perfect fit for my 2008 Tundra at a fraction of the price that the dealer wanted to charge me. While I had hoped to be able to swap out the part myself for even greater savings, I wasn't able to undo a couple of the bolts. Luckily, there was a shop just down the hill from where I live that was able to finish the work for a very reasonable charge.

fits like OEM
Used in my 08 Tundra. Disappointed that I removed a Denso from the truck also. So it has been repalced before.
