I was very surprised on the quality when they say excellent they meant excellent, I really believed it was a brand new phone even the battery life was 100% very pleased with my purchase and for the price what a bargain.

Great service by GRADE MOBILE. Awesome condition iphone. It has > 90% battery life although the cable is just ok but I don’t mind as i have original cable already. Thanks grade mobile for great condition phone.

Everyone has some fear about buying secondhand, which is understandable. I’ve bought from other sellers that use the words ‘great condition and excellent condition’ to describe a fair reflection of the condition of the item. I’ve sent back 2 iPhones from another company that really were not in the categories listed.This seller however provides good quality products that tick all the boxes. From battery life, screen condition and any material imperfections.The iPhone I purchased looks brand new feels and performs like brand new. Really poor!!Came badly damaged. Meant to be in “excellent” condition but it was in dreadful condition. Then after a couple of days it became unresponsive- just a white screen. Sent it back for a full refund. Trash.Avoid!!

Disappointed, but not entirely surprised that unlike a previously purchased so-called "Excellent" refurbished iPhone, this one did not come with a 100% battery capacity - only 86%, but otherwise the condition is certainly 'excellent', no signs of use at all. Still early days, but no issues so far. Apple products are as we all know, very overpriced, which is why I won't buy 'new', so hey, I'll live with the below-par battery and if I have to replace it at some point in the next 5 years, then maybe I will.
