I just received this and am almost done installing it. The quality is on point. It all comes in a box-no paper instructions. There is a QR code to scan; to which you input the Lego serial number into. You then receive options for a video or a picture-based instruction manual. Follow it closely. The pieces are made to fit precisely and when you tuck the wires under some of the bricks, the bricks will not fit 100% flat. That’s OK! All I’m trying to convey in this review is that the company selling these has done a great job putting everything together; with the package you get and the instructions they provide. Short of a broken wire or burnt out light, as long as you’re willing to put just a tad of work in, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

I had been thinking about putting together some loose LEDs in order to give my Artemis missile a bit more appeal as it is currently set up in my office. These lights are amazing, it provides plenty of versatility when added as an accessory to the model. I would strongly recommend using the USB power as it will make the lights much brighter than if you rely on batteries.If you already have the model assembled (like I did) not to worry, it takes a couple steps to get them all installed and hide the wiring - but, the instructions that are provided are decent enough that it is not daunting at all. Followed instructions, lights don’t turn on/work. Didn’t find out till two days after return window…which is on me for taking too long to complete the Lego build, but really sucks I lost-out on $40 for nothing.

This light set will take your Artemis Lego set to a whole new galaxy! I work on the Orion Spacecraft so when the Artemis Lego set came out I had to get it immediately. By adding these lights, my display was was the talk of the office. The light set is well made and fairly easy to install. You have to remove a couple blocks, but you can definitely tell that this set was tailored for the specific Lego set. A bit pricey, but it looks great and is worth it if you want to take your display to the next level!

I'm taking my time, and when I saw this lighting kit being available for review, I knew I needed to request it. I have a lot of Lego, a lot, and I've worked with all of the different Lego Mindstorm sets as well as the lighting elements that Lego supplies with other models like some of the trains. This lighting kit is really amazing! The parts arrive in numbered packets, and the instructions are available online in either downloadable PDF format as well as video instructions. Both are very clear, and relatively easy to follow. If you're capable of building the Lego model, you should have no trouble installing the lighting kit. Once I get everything assembled, I'll update this review, with photos.

I've done a few light kits for various projects. This one wasn't quite as good of an experience as the others but still alright. A couple of pieces were rather ill-fitting but I did get them to work eventually. I did not install the lights on the booster rockets or the top of the main rocket because the real ones don't have that. It looks nice all lit up and it acts as a sort of lamp on the corner of my desk.
