I used a noodle maker with a hand crank previously, so this attachment is SO much faster! Makes making noodles quick & efficient.

I enjoyed using this as it eventually speeds up the process of making my noodles. The thing is the learning curve to understand how to use it properly. You tube videos will be your friend.

I haven't had a problem yet. It's easy to hook up, annoying to clean (but that's expected) and it tolerates a hearty pasta.L

I like making homemade pasta, but unless I have someone helping me, turning a hand crank machine while also trying to keep the dough from folding back on itself is a pain. This is SO much easier! It takes a few tries to learn how thick to make the sheets and how much flour they need to make noodles, but that’s true with any pasta cutter. I use the sheeting side to make flat sheets of dough for dumplings as well. I love it!

I love my traditional hand-crank pasta maker from Italy and have used it for years, but the Rafbar Pasta Maker for Kitchenaid has won me over with its efficiency and ease of use. Being able to use two hands to work the dough means I use this far more often.This 3-in-1 attachment includes a pasta roller and spaghetti and fettuccine cutters, which is all I really ever use. Attaching it to my Kitchenaid stand mixer was easy, and the stainless steel construction feels sturdy and durable. There are eight settings for thickness which means shaped pastas are possible. The pasta roller and cutters do produce consistently even sheets and strands of pasta.While I still cherish the charm of hand-cranking, this attachment makes the process much faster, perfect for nights when you want something delicious and quick. One of these days, I plan to do a side-by-side comparison with my hand-crank model, but for now, the Rafbar attachment is a terrific addition to my kitchen gadgets. If you’re looking to streamline your pasta-making process without sacrificing quality, this is a fantastic choice.

I got this because I like to make my own noodles. I just such a pain to roll them out and cut them by hand. This attachment rolls it out lickety split. The thickness is consistent from start to finish. Not to mention the cutting side is just as good as the sheeting side. It makes making noodles more of a joy than before. As long as the dough isn't sticky then the attachment is easy to clean.

I have a Marcato Pasta Machine and I absolutely love it. There is nothing better or healthier than making your own pasta. But as I close on in retirement age, I find that I no longer have the energy or stamina to make larger batches of pasta or even pasta for for 2 or 3 peoples. And while my KitchenAid Stand Mixer has offered me some relief, no longer having a larger family to cook for makes the attachments cost prohibitive.So when I saw this with it's much lower price point I was really excited, but what was the quality like?It's good. After making my pasta dough and letting it rest while I cleaned up, I made pasta sheets, Spaghetti and Fettuccine. I laid the pasta sheets over wax paper to dry and then used a drying rack for the Spaghetti and Fettuccine. I did save some of the Spaghetti out for dinner. It was delicious.

I was so excited to get this tool for my kitchen aid! I love it! I did have some problems with trying to get it cleaned tho. I made egg noodles which are pretty sticky so I’m assuming that’s why. I’ll try a different noodle recipe and try again

This is a great attachment for your kitchen-aid mixer.It quickly rolls out sheets of pasta which can be used for lasagna or then feed into the other rollers to cut spaghetti or fettuccineYou do need to get the right consistency and thickness to use the spaghetti and fettuccine cutters, I found the pasta sheets had to be down to #1 to cut properly. You do have to do this with any pasta making machine.This is a great price, less then half price of the name brand model.

This easily fits my KitchenAid standmixer and was simple to attach.I had no trouble making pasta sheets for Lasagna. Making Fettucini noodles is also no problem. Roll the pasta sheets to desired thickness and run them thru with ease. Spaghetti on the other hand is not as easy and requires patience. I've found that for the most part the sheets will only go through after they have gone down to the #1 setting (thinest) And even then, you have to play with them to get them to feed into the machine. The first time I made spaghetti, it was easy, but since then, it seems like the rollers are closer together as it's hard to get the sheets to feed.Overall this is a good attachment at a way more cost effective pricing over the OEM attachment.The included brush makes it easy to clean off the excess flour and any tiny dough pieces that may have strayed onto the unit.

So, my other half loves (lives for) pasta, so I decided I had to try making some. Turns out its easy, and you can add so many flavors to your pasta, making it so worthwhile! This fixes nicely to my Kitchenaid stand mixer, so now it not only mixes, but then rolls and cuts my pasta as well, and we love our fettuccini around here!

I use this to roll out pizza dough for mini pizzas. It makes them so consistent and saves me a ton of time. Clean up is a breeze.

This attachment is for Kitcheaid mixer, but the attachment fits my Cuisinart mixer, and works as expected. The attachment allows you to make pasta and other type of flour sheet easily for other recipe easily. The setting dials is very smooth and easy to adjust to the required thickness. It clicks in place, assuring you that the setting/thickness is selected. The attachment is well made, and there are no sharp edge that could cut your fingers.
