The media could not be loaded. We received the violin, I bought for my niece, bu we are very disappointed. Two of the finine tuners were not attached, and the tailepiece with the fine tuner was loose. The bridge was not installed either, and I do not know how to attach it. The strings were not in place also. My niece was really upsetand even tried to pu it back to the fine tuners herself. She was about to cry,we do not know how to fix it. Since my niece will be taking an online course, this is a big inconvenience. I went to local store in the evening to ask how much it would cost to fix, and they quoted me between $80-$100. Overall, weare really dissappointedwith the condition in which the violin arrived.
