Great device!
Love the Kobo Clara BW. It works well and is user friendly. I bought the Boox Page and like it too but the Kobo Clara BW is easier to use and more portable, and a good price too.

Awesome E ereader!
I am moving away from kindle to Kobo as amazon took away our ability to back up the books. Kobo gladly lets you back up your books. the Screen is current gen e paper and looks fantastic It's very light and the adaptive backlight is exceptional, I love that it's almost orange at night compared to my paperwhite that glares a white light. If you are looking to move away from the kindle ecosystem, absolutely check this out.

Love this thing!
My first gen Nook was finally due for an upgrade. Looked at Kindle and decided to go the Kobo route for a few reasons:1. EPUB support. Most of my library is that format so that was a must-have. I also wanted the freedom to be away from Amazon ecosystem2. Warm light. Compared to Kindle, this costs about the same a Basic but adds warm light (great for low light reading)3. Size. 6” screen is sweet spot for me and what I was used to compared to Nook. Very portable and lightweight.4. Screen. Great quality reading - most modern readers are really good, this has the latest Carta 1300.5. Water resistant. Not a must have but a nice to have for sure.6. Price. Make sure you look at the “no ad” price for Kindle if you’re comparing. No, I don’t want ads on my reader.

A Versatile E-Reader For A Great Price!
The Kobo Clara BW is a simple, no-nonsense e-Reader. It's a great value for the money. I love accessing e-books and audio books from my local library, using Libby. Moreover, the battery life is phenomenal, as are the font choices and the eye-friendly screen. I bought a protective case for my e-Reader, too. Now, I take it everywhere with confidence and read to my heart's content.

Compact and Easy to Ise
As an alternative to Kindle, I really like my Kobo Easy to hold and read from. Of course, I still like my Kindle Paperwhite. But the Kobo does a great job.

Absolutely YES
The media could not be loaded. I’m so happy I sold my libra colour to get a Clara BW. I’ve been so obsessed with it. Been reading so much because it’s so small, portable and responsive. If you are looking for something versatile and portable get this!

Perfect gift!
I got this for my husband and he loves it! It’s light, fits perfectly in his hand, and the battery life is pretty good (especially when compared to my iPad)! Kobo has lots of free books so If you’re looking for easy, “guilty pleasure” reads then this is great!

Fits in my pants pocket
I had to get used to the size. I went from an 8 inch kobo forma to this 6 inch Clara. I miss the bigger size af first but I’m getting used it. I put some grip tape on the back to help it from slipping when I’m holding it. The forma was stickier and not as slick as this one. The screen looks great, brightness, color. Can’t complain about anything. Also has the benefit of fitting in my pants pocket so I carry it around more than I did my forma.
