Very Poor Quality – Handle Broke on First Use!
request everyone not to buy this product. It was a very embarrassing experience when the trolley handle broke during my first trip, even though the bag carried only 13.5 kg of weight. I expected much better quality from a brand like Tommy Hilfiger, but this was a huge disappointment. Adding to the frustration, it’s extremely difficult to raise a warranty complaint – no proper response or easy process to claim the warranty. Please don’t waste your hard-earned money on this bag. There are many other brands offering far better quality and support at this price point

Handle and other fittings are exposed from inside.
Build quality is ok, but not upto the mark. Cushions/coverings should be provided on top and bottom as the handle and other fittings are exposed from inside.

The product looked good and is perfect size but the main handle came off after 6 days of purchase, I was in Europe n had no way to repair it.
