I bought this to replace an office chair that was failing. The chair was easy to assemble, with all hardware and tools required included. The seat bottom is 18" high, a little higher than the one it is replacing but as I'm 6'2", that is fine. It is very comfortable and I feel secure in it without being cramped. The arms are more a part of the seat than a place to rest your arms but that's fine as I'm usually typing. The back comes to just below the shoulder blades, so again not a chair to nap in but great for actually working! The swivel and base seem solid and I bought a clear plastic mat to go underneath and to protect the carpet.

I just finished assembling this chair and am really happy with it. It’s exactly as pictured and appears to be very well constructed.It’s comfortable and a good fit for me at 5’2”, though a tall person might prefer a chair with a longer seat. The bouclé fabric is soft to the touch and looks very cosy. The chair will do dual duty in my guest room as a side chair and as a desk chair when needed. It swivels very smoothly without any bumps or squeaks. It does have a slight “new materials” odor but it already seems to be dissipating.All in all, this chair gets two thumbs up!

I wanted to use the chair for a little while before writing a review, and now that it’s been 3 weeks I figured I’d finally do it! I work from home and sit in this chair for 6 - 10hrs a day, even using it often on the weekends.SHORT VERSION: Overall, this chair was a great purchase (so far) and I am really happy with it. It’s cute, seems to be of good quality, and has been a really great addition to my home.LONG VERSION:First off, this chair is very cute and I am super pleased with the quality. I’m pretty sure the legs are real wood! I spent a LONG time trying to find a chair for my desk. I wanted something cute and comfortable because I work from home and sit at my desk all day. There is some sagging in the fabric after 3 weeks of daily use, so I am uncertain of how long it will look nice, but overall I am pleased.DELIVERY:I ordered this chair on May 20th and received it on the 28th! It came in great condition with no issues. Very easy and quick to assemble.It DID smell weird when I first got it. I started using it immediately but had to stop bc it was distracting. I left it near an open window in my bedroom for the day and then sprayed it with a little bit of linen freshener and it’s now fine.QUALITY:This chair seems to be really good quality for the price. The legs appear to be real wood, and there are no inconsistencies or blemishes in the fabric. However, sometimes I do hear a noise that sounds like the fabric glue is coming apart when I’m sitting in it? I can never see any damage, but it does seem like the fabric is starting to sag in some spots already. I am a little worried about long-term use, but after 3 weeks of daily use, it still looks great.SIZE:I was most worried about the size of this chair because other reviews mentioned it was a little small/narrow. I was surprised at how wide it actually is! It’s more of a scooped seat than the images on the listing show, so there’s plenty of room for me. I am 5’6”, 140lbs, a size 6 - 8 in women’s clothing, with 35ish inch hips (40ish at my widest point around my butt) and I have quite a bit of room in this chair. I don’t know if I’d sit cross-legged just bc I don’t wanna test the quality that much, but I can sit with one leg up easily. When I am sitting all the way to the back, my heels just barely rest on the floor. The back of the chair goes to my mid-back below my shoulder blades.COMFORT:This chair is definitely not super cushy, but I personally like the stability and sturdiness of the cushion. I feel like, for a cheap chair, it’s better to have a sturdier foam than a soft foam that will sag. It feels like it might last longer than a softer chair might. The back is angled a bit so it does force you to lean back to use the backrest if you’re sitting all the way back in the chair. I sit like an idiot though, slumped at the front of the chair, so it’s not a huge issue for me. I use it every day and only have issues if I am sitting weird for too long.

I did read the reviews about the funky smell. I ordered anyway because the design and color was exactly what I wanted. It’s gorgeous and sturdy. I love that it spins. Looks high quality. It is stinky. Very strong at first. The whole room stunk but it has been over a month and it has faded. I can still smell it a little when I sit in it. But it doesn’t bother me enough to where I can’t stand to sit on it. Other than the smell it’s absolutely perfect and great value for the money. Easy to put together too.

I love my new chair! We recently moved to a smaller home and I went from an office of my own to a small corner in the living room, so my big office chair was an eyesore.This chair fits the bill perfectly. Beautiful to look at and just the right size. The instructions are minimal and confusing, but once you figure what the diagrams mean, it's quick and easy to put together. I did it myself in about 15 minutes.Ergonomically, I expect this will not be as good as my actual office chair was for long workdays. But since I work from home, I can get up and walk around regularly to help counteract any issues. However, just sitting in it now, it is comfortable and feels very sturdy.If you are a large or tall person, this chair won't be for you. I'm 5'2" and about 165 lbs and I just fit into this chair. If you are larger, it would be uncomfortable. Or if you have very long legs, it expect it would not be a good choice, either.But if you're shorter like me, it will be perfect for you. My feet just touch the ground (though don't sit flat) when I sit all the back into the chair.The color in this picture looks darker than it actually is. It's a beautiful, rich, dark royal blue - my favorite!Very happy with this purchase.

I love this chair. I was so pleased when I opened the box and admired the quality of this product. Easy to put together and looks great. Highly recommend!!! If you’re on a tight budget, you will not be disappointed.
