Review
Very good shifter, most say it’s better than a real manual transmission in most cars. I’ve noticed with the one I have going from 3rd to 4th is louder not noticeable when your wearing headset though. This is a very good shifter definitely worth buying.

It amazing feels better than my manual car. Worthwhile investment for a proper sim-racing rig. Only downside is it doesn’t have a sequential mode.

Very hard to shift with this one Works with Iracing
Very hard to shift with this one. I drive a manual IRL and this is not at all similar. There are springs that really fight you when shifting. I can confirm it does work with Iracing,

Could it be any louder?
If you like noisy shifters then this is for you, I stream so I couldn't use it as it clicks in and out of every gear. I couldn't even take it out with a noise gate, I've heard if it's mounted on a floor it's not so bad. Friend of mine had to have his returned three times and each time they send him a new one so really each new one was bad. A couple pros on it as it feels really solid so if you're not a streamer it doesn't matter it also uses the same size threads as normal truck shifting extensions and knobs.

Well maid shifter and feels like a high end gear shifter assembly
Definitely my favorite shifter I've had yet but I definitely prefer a lighter shift knob to the factory weighted one. Though I do swap them out for different types of racing.

The one to get after you've already spent $250 on the flimsy Thrustmaster trash. Works great!
