After the first use my skin was noticeably softer and Dewey. After a week my skin is softer and the redness on my cheekbones has diminished quite a bit. I'm now noticing that the skin around my eyes is looking better as well. This light therapy mask definitely works. The fit: if I lay down while wearing it, it stays in place but the eye and nose area can start to feel scratchy/ irritating and I end up trying to readjust it for comfort. If I have it on when I'm trying to do things around the house, regardless of how tight I make the strap, the weight of the mak will pull it downward the more I move around. So, I try to only use it when I'm going to bed so I'm not moving around much. This is more just personal preference obviously since quite a few people were happy with the fit. Since it's one size fits all it just comes down to head shape/ size I'm sure. The strap does work well though to hold it on. I don't like that the remote battery indicator doesn't tell you when it is fully charged or how much charge it has. The batt light stays on when it's charging so you basically have to guess when it's charged. It will show a half battery when it's low but again, it doesn't say how low or how much time you have left before it dies. Overall I think it was definitely worth it for the sale price I paid. It is the first light therapy mask I bought and was hesitant on spending the money but the reviews convinced me and I'm glad I bought it. This is the only thing so far that has helped reduce the redness I've been trying to get rid of on my cheek bones.

I’m very disappointed. I waited a long time to finally receive this item, and it doesn’t work at all. I followed all the instructions to charge it, but the remote rattles as if something is broken, and the red light therapy light never turns on.

I received it broken, and no way to do request a refund. Very disappointed.

Used 5 times and now will not charge. I would like a refund and for this dispute to be resolved urgently

Don't buy, very poor quality. Stopped working after a month. It doesnt turn on anymore.

Bought as a Xmas gift, just opened and faulty. Remote rattles as something must be broken…
