It’s useful!
This is very useful and legit but don’t leave it on for more than an hour as it heats up the plastic and I think fumes are released which isn’t safe for the lungs. It’s not a fire hazard I’ve been using it for months.

This is perfect, I use this set up on my bathroom sink while moisturizing my face in the morning and my down time I use the goggles for 30 minutes.

The light is small and feels strong, but there is no USB cable. The only cable included is a standard plug, and it's quite short, no more than 3 feet.
