I thought it was the best purchase, but…
The media could not be loaded. I bought garbage disposal and installed it in a new house. And it’s been professionally installed. I really like this garbage disposal. It works very, very quietly. Of course, we haven't grind any products in it yet, because our new house isn't finished yet. No one has used it yet. When the inspector came to check the plumbing, he found that the garbage disposal was leaking. Leaking from below. All the connections were dry, but it was leaking from below. I like it so much that I wouldn't want any other. And if I going to repair it, I have to pay. But I don't want to pay so much money again, since the return window is already closed. I need to go through the final inspection, but I still can't decide to buy something else. If it weren’t for this problem , I would have given it 5 stars. I will make an update if I can fix the problem.Update: I am very grateful to the manufacturer, he sent me a replacement. I honestly did not even expect it. It saved my situation. It works great! If I need it, I will buy only this one. And I will recommend only this one to everyone. However, there is nothing better anywhere.

Quiter, less vibration than others
When I first opened the box, it was heavier than I imagined. BTW, It's quieter than I expected. And the vibration was significantly less than the DC motor-based disposal I've used for 6 years. It took about 30 minutes to install this product alone. I've been using it for a month now, and there has been no leakage in the meantime. It's worth it. I will buy it again.

Great stainless steel disposal at a great price
This is clearly the best disposal I have ever bought and installed. After years and years of always buying the least expensive Insinkerator model, I opted for a more powerful model with more sound insulation for quieter operation, but still utilizing my existing mounting hardware. I also like the combination plug and debris pusher. Installation was a breeze and we are delighted by the quiet operation. The combo plug and debris pusher eliminates the strainer my wife had insisted on, which was a sore point between us. Lastly, this item costs less than the 3/4 HP Insinkerator model.

Powerful and Quiet but it has one issue
This garbage disposal is powerful and very quiet. It appears to be made exceptionally well. However, I ran into a problem that baffled the plumber, electrician, and myself until I did a lot of diagnostic testing. This unit has a built-in surge protection mechanism that is HYPER SENSITIVE! After the plumber installed the unit, the electrician checked the wiring. (I'm required to hire licensed professionals at this condo location because of the HOA rules and local laws) The unit would turn on and off the first time one flips the switch but not a second time. After approximately 3 minutes (built in surge protection) the disposal would work again then not... wait 3 minutes...repeat problem. The voltage line in the condo was tested for brown out, spikes, unstable current, etc.. all tests were within normal limits. The fuse at the fuse box never tripped. My old garbage disposal was 1/2 hp and never had any problems.Solution: I bought a Cable Maters (402043-WHT) Single Outlet Surge Protector (1350 Joules protection) and placed it between the wall socket and plugged the disposal onto the surge protector. Problem Solved! No more hyperactive self delays kicking in.I imagine if the condo was a newer construction with the extra fusebox code upgrades, that, maybe, it would do the same thing as this one adapter plug is doing...but idk for sure. Anyway, if you find this new disposal does not work the second time you turn it on...this might solve your problem. I hope this info helps someone.

Super Quiet
This is a beast, and it really is quite too!Going from a 1/2 hp in sink aerator to this 3/4 HP is a huge difference. But it really is the quietest disposal I've ever heard.
