Similar fragrance to Cacharel Gloria - Gorgeous!
Fast delivery. Fantastic Snell - I was looking for a close resemblance to cacharel Gloria that has been discontinued. I have a bottle of Gloria but as I love the smell and it's been discontinued, its become more of my special occasion fragrance than every day. So, I was looking for a similar fragrance for every day and this is it. I love it!

a blast from the past
I used to love this perfume as a teenager ,and was so pleased to see it is still available. It has a heady oriental scent that does lingerie quite a while. Very reasonable price for an old favorite

Smells great but it doesnt last
Being an 80's girl was delighted to see tis whilst browsing for something else. Absolutely adored the original it was my night scent of choice & Eau jeune was the day . This one was heavier with a jasmine /ylang ylang smell.I had many compliments whilst wearing it. This is its poorer relation I'd say.Nice smell, top note disappears very quickly to leave a pleasant but almost talcolm poweresque smell which in itself faded quite quickly. Definitely reminiscent of the original & brought back memories .

Bring back the original l'orientale scent
I used to have the original of this scent in the black bottle which was beautiful. (25 years ago.) I searched for it but never found it .....this scent is the same name and is the same brand but they've changed the ingredients which is a shame. The scent is ok but not as nice as the original. Bring back the original scent.... please

Disappointed
from reading the description of Eau Jeune Oriental, I believed/hoped, it would be very much like the older version from the 80's. Sadly this was not the case. I do not enjoy the smell of this fragrance and cannot wear it. I am indeed very disappointed.

Not the old version
I used to love this fragrance in the late 70s/ early 80s, and couldn't wait to try it again. This is not the old version and bears little resemblance to it. It is a pleasant enough fragrance ( with little lasting power), but is very generic and lacks the quirkiness of the original one. No trip down memory lane for me; very disappointing. However, all is not lost. The nearest match I have found to date for Eau Jeune L'Orientale is the exquisite Iris Goddess by Floral Street. Not exactly cheap, but if you can afford it, you'll be very pleasantly surprised.

Ça sent bon y’a rien à dire là dessus. Mais rien à voir avec le parfum des années 80. Les cinqs étoiles c’est parce qu’ils n’y à aucune déception. Contente de mon achat que je ne reprendrais pas car entre temps il a augmenté de cinq euros. Rien que ça…
