I have POTS and I needed something less expensive than LMNT/Bouy that also didn't have a boatload of sugar and this had the high salt blend I was looking for. It does taste salty if you use it at the recommended ratio, but in most beverages if I use half to 1/4 I can't taste it at all. (Also easy to add to soup if you're a soup person)I personally need to drink a lot more fluids anyway and I use it primarily to supplement the vitamins and minerals I already work into my diet, so essentially watering it down works great for me personally. Like with any other supplements you should be keeping track of your usage and needs and adjusting accordingly.

I could not use this product because I was on too many medications for extreme allergies. I wanted a product thatwas zero sugar and no dyes. I read the label and it also said not to use any table salt while taking this product.So this product did not work for me. I could not give it a star because I am not able to use the product.

I looked at this and was intrigued by the price. I was drinking LMNT for a while but can't justify spending that much money on a bag of salt. I bought this product specifically because the reviews were so bad and I thought that I had to try it. Worst case, I'd be out 12 bucks. Mixed with just water, it is horrible. But add a squirt of mio or any other flavoring and it's as good as anything else out there. I usually do a month or two of dedicated keto when I start to pack on a few extra pounds and have always gotten dehydrated, crampy, and generally low energy. This time I haven't had any of those symptoms and the only difference is using this electrolyte supplement.

Won't be buying this one again. I find it doesn't dissolve well and it's too salty for me! I'll be going back to Hi-Lyte Keto K1000 Electrolyte Powder once this one is gone, and it can't be too soon! That's what is get for trying to save $$

This is definitely “flavored” and the flavor is NASTY! I was specifically looking for an “unflavored” electrolyte powder. I’ve mixed it in tea, water, and cola and they all have that nasty pasty taste…..Just Yuck

Tastes bad but it's supposed to as there is no added flavors or sweeteners. Perfect for fasting as it doesn't break the fast like other products will.

I had to mix this with a chocolate flavored protein powder or my preworkout mix. I wont be able to drink it without mixing it with something that has strong flavor, but with the about half the price per serving compared to other electrolytes out there, I cant complain.

It works. I don't take it for the taste. In fact , i just dump a scoop in my mouth then swish with water and chase with a bunch of water. I take it so I won't have horrific cramps in the middle of night and screaming at my legs that I will cut them off.
