TeraFlex1601277 JK Frame End Quick Disconnect Bracket Kit

I have JKS quick disconnects and last week in Moab, I broke my zip ties that I was using to hold them up. It just seemed to be a pain every time I disconnected to tie them up. I purchased these Teraflex brackets and now I can't believe I waited this long. These things are solid and very convenient. I never have to worry about whether I have something with me to tie off the swaybars again. I love things that are simple, yet solve a big problem. That is exactly what these do. Highly recommend.

I love TeraFlex and their products. These were easy to install. But I did run into a problem with them or rather where they are mounted. I found that at full lock to the left or right while flexing my 37" tires would come in contact with the sway bar links. As the main purpose of these brackets are to hold the link out of the way when disconnected so you can flex more, hitting the links with the tires seems like a fail to me. Obviously, this would not be the case with all suspensions and tire sizes but I have a TeraFlex lift, links, and a pretty common tire size for a lifted JK. Anyway, with bit of cutting, bending, grinding, and welding I mounted these to a location on the frame that keep the link out of harms way. So, you may get better result than me but I still gave then 4 starts because I used them brackets with a little DYI and they serve their purpose great.

Decent setup, easy install. Only complaint i have is my jku with 3" lift and 35" tires will hit them when 4 wheeling and they tend to pull the retaining pins so the ride home i have to rig the sway bar connections or keep extra pins in the jeep.

Great idea and simple to use, however when you get into a situation where you are offroading and you have ur swaylinks attached to these hold offs; and have to make a tight turn ,they grab ahold of the front tires. I'm only running 35" tires, so I'm hesitant to use them

They worked as supposed to. I personally cut off the bulk of the metal that that’s not required , painted the bracket black then installed with the pin left unpainted. These are to hold up your sway bars when disconnected. This is a complete kit when purchased for correct application.

The brackets are convenient and a good deal for the price compared to others. Ended up having to purchase my own hardware because the links I have are slightly smaller in diameter than the stud they have with this bracket. Also had to purchase new nuts and lock washers because the brackets don't fit the Jeep nuts with integrated washer to mount to body. Overall, I am still happy with the product even though I really only used the bracket and discarded all of the hardware that came with it. After I had already installed, I learned that Teraflex sells just the brackets, PN 600277. If I had to do it again, I would definitely just purchase the brackets and find my own hardware that I knew would fit.

Just as described. Will make prepping and resetting from trail rides a snap!

If you have sway bar disconnects that did not come with upper brackets, these work amazingly well. No drill installation and provide a great place to anchor the bottom of the disconnect while off roading.

Replacement parts only. Not a complete system.
