Is the measurement of 21" from hole to hole ? If not can you tell me what it is? I'm getting a walker that is 20" wide.

The inside distance from hole to hole (where the slots start) is 16.25". The outside distance from hole to hole is about 20". The approximate from the center of the bars of my walker is about 18-18.25". The slots of the tray are 2" wide, so it would fit a standard walker. I hope this helps.
