Esta cámara me asombró lo sencillo de configurar. El sonido y el micrófono son impresionantes. Solo necesitas dos puertos USB (deben estar separados ya que el transmisor es algo grande y ocupa mucho espacio para conectar el del audio).El zoom es impresionante!

I love the fact that this webcam is wireless. I can move it anywhere in the room and the wireless transmitter can also move from our stationary desktop or a guest presenter’s laptop. The wireless speaker is also excellent. It can pick up speaker’s audio anywhere in our 1600 sqft training facility.One down side I have started experiencing since last week is the lag time for transmitting video. This was not a problem when we first setup and started using it. We did not change any settings. Will contact manufacturer for support and see if the lagging issues can be resolved. The lagging issue is very noticeable. It’s 2-3 seconds behind the actual scene.

I am adding to my review to let everyone know that this seller has done everything possible to send me the appropriate cable, ONCE I was able to contact them. I have nothing but good things to say about this seller and their immediate response to me. I only wished Amazon was as proactive in the beginning. Once I was given the contact info to the seller, the issue was immediately handled. I purchased this item and immediately was confronted with the fact that the electrical plug on this camera is for European current. WTF??? I have now been in contact with Amazon several times. They sent me a replacement and guess what? One more time.. European plug. Am I alone in this? And why is there no option to contact the seller??

The media could not be loaded. We bought this to live stream our cornhole events. The setup, operation, zoom and focus of this camera are all amazing. We used the provided USB dongle and at a distance of 20ft worked perfect. You can also hardwire the camera. I had a few questions for the Tongveo customer service team prior to purchase and they were prompt, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this camera

Awful return process, not like what I am used to; product did not function properly now I’m stuck waiting on this process before I can get a different cam and get back to work. Works great setup easy price super good what else could you want ?

We purchased this back on October 20th for our live zoom meetings. We experienced some technical difficulties after the 30 day return period so we contacted the seller directly. After attempting some troubleshooting it was determined our camera was more than likely the issue. The seller has offered us a full refund for the item. Although we experienced some issues with the product, the seller went out of their way to make sure we were happy.
