The tool feels sturdy and nice!

The crimp set is perfect for Arduino use and for rewiring PC fans. The connectors are thinner than a typical fan connector and lack the little clamping tab, however, they are stiff enough to hold firm. Others have stated no manual for the tool itself (which works perfectly) but youtube tutorials are much easier to follow and gauge the quality of crimp.Worth the purchase if you need the tool as well.

Really nice little set which gives you multiple connection options. The crimper seems good quality and does the job well. Exactly what I needed.

At this price point, you just hope the tool is good enough to do the job and it is. In fact, the tool itself feels quite sturdy and is nice to use. The supplied accessories aren't quite so good; the ribbon cable is a bit stiff and the layer of glue makes the wires difficult and messy to split. The crimps themselves do work, but they're very difficult to push into the plastic sockets and I had to get a small screwdriver into the gap behind the square part of the crimp in order to engage them.

These are good value for money they do what they are supposed to do. I have used them many times now, you just need to practice the technique a few times and be prepared as with everything for a few failures. I had to use my needle nose pliers a few times in conjunction with the crimpers in order to shape the pins to allow them to fit in the sleeves, but I can imagine this is the case with most users. All in all a great product and good value for money.

Good quality and easy to use, but it could do with some instructions on how to use it. Not everyone who buys this knows how to make a good crimp. There are YouTube videos that show you how to use these crimping tools, but a link to one would be a great idea.

I have learnt a lot by using these but now wonder whether I'm ready to buy a better pair of crimpers?The connectors all seem fine and work great once you know what you're doing however the crimper still requires me to perform some finishing afterward with some pliers.In the smallest gap then the connector and wire get firmly stuck which then need to be carefully removed with tweezers or pliers and sometimes they break in the process. The middle gap seems the best fit but doesn't crimp tight enough for the connector to then fit straight into the casing, so I have to do some further plier squeezing afterwards to get the right.Am about to research some better critics pers but for the price this was a great introduction.

I was more interested in buying the crimper than the connectors but as the two together didn't cost much more than the crimper on its own I decided to go for this.It took a few attempts to get right as well as a couple of adjustments to the tool itself but this definitely makes crimping wires a breeze versus the needle nose pliers which is what I was using before.I cant say much about the connectors as I haven't used them yet as I have plenty but I guess its always good to have extra.

Non so come facessi prima di acquistare questa pinza. Per chi come me ama smanettare con le schede tipo Arduino o fare qualche modifica o aggiornamento alla propria stampante 3d, non puo esimersi dall'averla. Ci sono un gran numero di connettori piu i pin maschio/femmina e la qualità direi che è più che buona. Si possono crimpare connettori anche più grandi dei dupont. La pinza è molto solida, non una di quelle leggerine che si deforma al primo utilizzo non appena fai forza.

Die Crimpzange macht einen robusten Eindruck, nach ein paar Probecrimps läuft alles problemlos. Für den üblichen Gebrauch im Hobby ist sie mehr als ausreichend. Eine kleine Anleitung wäre für den absoluten Anfänger hilfreich (best practice), für den normalen Bastler aber sicher kein Problem.Preis / Leistung sind jedenfalls hervorragend.

Il kit si presenta ben imballato. La crimpatrice è di ottima fattura e crimpare è semplice. I pin connettori che arrivano son di buona qualità, ho fatto un centinaio di "crimpate" ed è tutto ok.Consigliato.
