Camera control knob broke after a just a few uses. Supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Tried reaching out in every way possible with no response. Very disappointed, not a recommended purchase !

The unit came in it’s own custom fitted case. The shell consists of a semi-rigid nylon with zippered closer. The interior is lined with fabric in the base with a mesh pocket in the lid. The base structure holds the control unit in the center and the camera line in a coil around the perimeter. All very orderly and logical. It doesn’t seem, with all the features, that operation would be simple. but it is. A long press of the power button turns it on. Then, after a short boot screen, the camera feed appears on the screen (of course, all you will see is a dark blurry mess if you forgot to remove the silicone lens cap). All of the controls are easily accessible by your thumb. First, the orange button with the camera icon is used to capture images (short press) and switch between the forward and side cameras (long press). A press of the M or ‘mode’ button will toggle between video and camera modes. Then, the button with the circular arrows inverts the image, flipping it 180 degrees. Finally if all that control wasn’t enough, the large dial built into the handle manually moves the last two inches of the shaft behind the camera through about 270 degrees of arc to the left or right, think ‘tail wag control’. This ability to switch between all these different camera views is extremely useful, allowing you to examine your subject in better detail. Especially when examining the inside of an engine cylinder or other similar applications. The image quality is incredible clear and high res. I was able to make out fine details on both a small and large scale. I tried it out in tiny, confined spaces and also under doors and around corners. From plumbers and hobbyists to tactical units and rescue personnel, I can see this being useful for just about everybody. The settings provide even more flexibility (pun intended) with control over specifics like resolution, date, time, auto power off, language, format (memory wipe), and informational options. With all these features I think it would be hard NOT to like this scope. The fact that the display is part of the control unit, and no smart phone is needed, puts this thing over the top in my opinion.

Comes with a nice storage case to protect from damage while not in use. The scope was easy to get set up and operational. Cable is flexible but ridged enough to feed in and out of tight spaces. There is an actuator witch turns the cable end. This is super handy if you find that the cable gets snagged during retrieval or you just need a better camera view. Screen is easy to see and clear not all blurry. Camera end is lit making a pitch black area visible. Super handy devise I use it as a mirror looking behind and around things were I can’t physically see. I am very pleased with the operation of the endoscope and I would recommend it.

Didn’t even last a whole year before it stopped working.
