They seem expensive, but in my opinion you get what you pay for. Made with all high quality ingredients and I have no worries about bad fillers being mixed in. This company is top of the line when it comes to testing and going for the best. They have a slight smell upon opening the bottle, but doesn’t bother me at all.

Bio Multi Plus is a great vitamin supplement. My chiropractor recommended this product many years ago and I have continued to take it ever since.

These vitamins are good quality/potency. They give me energy. I wish it was a one pill dose but there is no way to compact the potency into one pill. They are good vitamins though if you do not mind taking three a day.

I have spent years attempting to first, find a multi-vitamin that uses folate rather than folic acid, and second, that has such a broad spectrum of minerals and vitamins that I need daily. Am grateful for discovering it, and glad to finally be only taking three pills a day, rather than needing to individually supplement vitamins separately due to multi-vitamin blends including things I can't tolerate. Will be consuming this for life.

Ordered for my wife again per her request. This is one of the cheaper, but good quality Multivitamins out there that she likes. Happy wife; happy life, as the saying goes, so I got it for her again!

I have been using these multivitamins on and off for about 10 years. I take half the regular dose and only once a day. When I am on it, my scalp seborrhea disappears with in about 2 weeks and comes back in about 2 weeks when I go off. I must be deficient in something but I am not sure what. Either way, the vitamin gets rid of it... which is sooo nice.
