Who needs whey protein in a multi vitamin?
Wanted a multi vitamin powder to go with my shakes so went with GNC. Did not realize it contains whey protein. Like why. It’s only 5g and lot of people don’t digest whey well. Wish I could get my money back.

This stuff does not dissolve.
This powder does NOT dissolve in liquids like coffee. It says “ settling may occur”, it will ALL settle if it sits still for any length of time. I use a frother to mix it in my coffee, it doesn’t help. It is probably better in smoothies, it may not settle as much in a thicker medium. I does taste good though, and it seems to be a good multi vitamin.
