Keep Dry
I left my blower out in the rain and the battery got soaked. It ruined the battery. Luckily I oreplacement batteries are still available. Be careful and keep them out of moisture - my fault nothing wrong with the batteries.

Two Batteries That Last As Long As One OEM
That's my review. No additional work being done by having these two batteries. But these were priced right, so I'm good with the purchase.

Great Value
I bought two of these batteries for $30. The name brand battery was $49 for one. These work just as well. I already have one I use. It's great to have more than one per vacuumso you can use one and charge one

Believe the bad reviews. Don't believe the good ones.
I took a risk in buying these batteries despite so many reviews saying they only work once or not at all. I charged them before using for the first time. The duration wasn't very good on first use (worse than my original B&D when they were new), but not terrible. I wish I could tell you about my second use, but both batteries stopped working completely after just one use. Completely dead. Green light on charger says they are charged, but like so many other reviewers, I got exactly one use out of these batteries. I don't believe the good reviews for this product on Amazon, and even if they are real, there are enough bad ones to make it not worth the risk to buy this product or any product from this seller. I took the risk and that was a mistake. Missed the short return window due to hectic schedule and because I didn't try them right away. It's a shame that Amazon continues doing business with companies that produce such junk.

Replacement Batteries for less than Black & Decker

Better than OEM battery
I currently have 8 Black & Decker 20v 1.5A batteries and 2 of these type Generic 20v 1.5A batteries. I have had a total of 14 B&D Batteries in the past 10 years.With the exception of 1 B&D which I recently got in a Combo Tool Pack, my current batteries are between 6-10 years old.Recently 2 of the batteries went bad, 1 B&D and 1 Generic. The rest of the B&D are weak at best, some which go from full charge to dead in about 3-5 min use. Only the remaining 1 Generic Battery still maintains a health charge. I have had at least 4 B&D Batteries go dead over the past few yearsThe 2 Generic Brand batteries have lasted almost 10 years. I know this because I ordered them here on Amazon in 2014.I re-ordered 4 of these 20v 3A batteries to replace 4 of my B&D 1.5A that are the weakest. The cost comparison is without question especially when I can get 3 Amp over 1.5 Amp at a cheaper price.My last Generic Batteries performed better than the OEM batteries, longer took run time, better charging, and overall better performance from them than the Black & Decker batteries.Hopefully, these will also last 10years and I do plan on replacing all my B&D batteries with these Generic Brand 3Amp ones.
