This is nice built, good size sharps container. The top was easy to snap on, and the open and close section works well. It came with instructions that was easy to follow. There is also a handle as described making it easy to transport. The safety information is clearly posted and easy to read.

I originally purchased this as a safe place to put my used syringe needles. (I got tired of getting pocked when just tossing them in the garbage and never liked the idea for that type of disposal.) But soon after I got it I had a used razor blade and thought that it was also a good place to toss those since they can be dangerous and are sharp. The size of this disposal unit is just perfect for a single diabetic looking for a safe place to dump needles etc.

It’s as big as they say, but I can’t see it holding more than a handful of syringes. My fault for not checking measurements more closely. Otherwise it’s well made and safer than other options.

This is excellent for storing used sharps. It’s inexpensive, safe and convenient. After it’s full I use some duct tape to completely seal the top and it can be put out with regular trash in my city since it’s clearly labeled and contained.

It is fine. Using for Zepbound needles. However, they are big. I switched to an old laundry soap container and just wrote SHARPS all over it. Works much better and holds more. Item works as intended though.

Works perfectly for injection pens such as Ozempic, Mounjaro, or Zepbound. Will probably hold 8-12 months worth of used pens.

Size and capacity is extremely good
