The SPINEFITTER by SISSEL Trigger Tool is an excellent addition to the full SPINEFITTER system, especially if you’re already using the main Blue Massage Device and the Extension Kit. This attachment adds a whole new level of precision by allowing you to apply deeper, more targeted pressure to specific tension points. It picks up where the standard SPINEFITTER leaves off, making it perfect for stubborn knots, tight fascia, and focused mobility work that a broader roller can’t quite reach. What I love most is how seamlessly it integrates with the rest of the SPINEFITTER setup. It attaches easily, feels stable, and gives you more control over the intensity of pressure, whether you’re using it for Pilates, yoga, or general back health routines. The material is durable yet comfortable, and the tool is compact enough to take anywhere. If you already enjoy the SPINEFITTER system, this Trigger Tool is a must-have upgrade for deeper relief and enhanced mobility. Definite 5/5.

Works well, this is a good addition to the trigger tool. Easy to use and relieves pain effectively.

This should be considered an accessory, as you need the Spinefitter or Spinefitter mini in order to use the trigger. IT is well made and comes with an instruction booklet with recommended uses. Without the main tool, this seems to be useless.

I wrote a pretty lengthy review about the piece that this yellow trigger tool fits into. This is meant to go into the very long original spinefitter tool or into the extension piece (can be used with either one. (I don't have the original so I use this trigger tool with the extension piece only). Technically you are supposed to use this with one of those other base pieces but I have been experimenting with using it on its own and it can be done. You wouldn't be able to lie on top of it because of the protrusion on the other side but if you use your hands on the back side as a buffer and lean back against a chairback or a wall then you can feel that same pressure point triggered. Again, I don't think it is meant to be used that way but it could be if you didn't own the other part or if you were traveling and want to take something along to provide some relief. Like I mentioned in my other review this feels insanely overpriced for what it is and the materials used, until you use it. I have so many lower back and hip issues that came on suddenly with no obvious explanation so I have been desperate for relief. This is so easy to use and lightweight. It feels sturdy but has give to it. It gives me immediate relief when I can find the right spot (I am getting better at figuring out the right spot). If this fits into your budget I say go for it.

Das Trigger-Tool ergänzt den Spinefitter! Mit etwas Übung erreicht man die Triggerpunkte sehr gut. Für mich hilfreich!

Vorsichtig und mit Gefühl kann man sehr gezielt verspannte Stellen bearbeiten.

Super gut, aber sehr schmerzhaft

Der SpineFitter wurde in einem Karton geliefert, war jedoch nicht wie beschrieben in einem Baumwollsack eingepackt. Dieser wurde nicht wie beschrieben mitgeliefert. Ansonsten war alles ok.

Er ist sein Geld wert. Bei regelmäßiger Anwendung starke Schmerzlinderung.
