Disappointed that vanilla flavour impaired by other ingredients .
On first opening very strong smell of alcohol and vanilla aroma almost lost . Shook bottle and taste of vanilla was muted and there was an underlying taste I can't quite define . I would not use this if making ice cream but I tried it with powdered custard ( which I don't normally buy ) and most of the unidentified taste was gone ( ? the alcohol ) and there was a mild flavour of vanilla which was only O.K. I assume heating removed the alcohol .

The goods are misrepresented in the listing
The extract contains 45% alcohol whereas he listing claims it to be alcohol free. It is very low concentration vanilla essence and mostly liquid rather than more concentrated form expected.
