Bought some flour for the new sourdough bread baking craze in my home. I love this larger size and I love the price more! It works well and I have made a lovely banana chocolate chip loaf too. The SD bread and the banana loaf were all demolished! Amazon flour has the baking power! I did buy whole meal and rye flour too. This white flour mixed with the whole meal makes my starter…. So far so good.

Absolutely fine flour, great price for a decent sized bag. Isn't the thinnest ground flour but then for the price I wasn't expecting it to be and it did have a few bigger clumps and lumps in it but along as you are properly seiving your flour then this is absolutely fine! Can't fault it apart from that.

Good quality strong flour that made a great loaf of bread. Bread had a good texture and I plan to buy more as I'm going to make my own sour dough starter soon. Good price, flour has a lovely feel and absorbed the water and oil well. Highly recommended, have baked my own bread for over 55 years, so recognise good quality flour.

Similar to other more expensive brands. Nice rise and great results.

Great value,and quality,great for bread making

The box was undamaged but on opening it I noticed loose flour. 2 of the bags were split and had to be taped up. The paper is thinner than other brands. I’ve used this product before and it’s good flour but needs more careful packing and more robust packaging. Perhaps this reflects the price as it’s great value.
