Fabulous, tasty, low carb

I ordered these spicy crackers for the first time based on good reviews and liking regular cheez-its. While the cost is high, nothing about the flavor profile felt to me like I was eating a "protein" snack. Therefore, if the flavor and taste is on point (which it is), why not enjoy the benefit of some sort of added protein. The calorie count is reasonable for a snack. I wouldn't consider it healthy, it's a snack, but I'd have to think if you're doing this for your snack vs. Cheez-Its, this is better. Specific to the flavoring, you definitely tasted the cheese and a little kick. I like spicy and this is nowhere near a substantial spice level, but more of a little flavor kick. Many of the crackers had the air bubble inside making them a cheesy, appealing texture. Cons to me are the overall expense and also concerned about the saturated fat content in all of the Quest products, but seems like a good "junk food" option when desired.

Están muy ricas! Me sorprendieron porque no soy muy fan del sabor a queso ni de las galletas pero tienen un sabor entre queso y chilito muy rico! Con mi dieta es de las opciones que me deja comer mi nutrióloga y con una bolsita te quitas la ansiedad de comer una bolsa de papas, así que si eres de comer salario con chilito y estás a dieta como yo pues te las recomiendo.
