These are great for a quick protein boost when you don’t feel like eating or just need a little more protein in your diet. The pouches are small - just over 4oz - so it’s a lot of protein packed in a small volume. It makes them great for keeping in a backpack, purse, or gym bag. They taste good. This is the second flavor of this brand I’ve purchased and both flavors have been pretty good. You can obviously tell it’s had protein added but the protein shake after taste isn’t really present. The only detracting factor for me is the price. The high price per pouch makes them cost prohibitive for me most of the time. I would like to have a constant supply to grab and go, but instead, I usually reserve purchasing for trips or specific training needs.

The only thing wrong with this product is that it tastes so freaking great that I can never keep enough of it around! I wish they'd make it in packets two or three times the size. I have tried lots of "astronaut food" brands, and like lots of them, although Noka is a bit watery and Fuel For Fire isn't watery enough. Designer Wellness hits that sweet spot, but only figuratively - no added sugar! I don't know what it is that makes them so groovy: maybe the MCT oil plus the lecithin? I just love ALL the flavors it comes in, but my favorite is Tropical Fruit. It has the most WONDERFUL AFTERTASTE! I'm addicted to this stuff, so 12 units will not last me long...I should order about 3 boxes, but I have to pay my bills! Definitely try this. (Ignore the texture complainers. The fact that it's NOT watery is a plus! It means you're not just paying for water.)You won't be sorry.

I love these but everytime i ordered they sent me the wrong flavor aoni just started using the actual wellness webaite

My fiance loves to take these in his lunches, but we decided to stop buying them simply because of the price per serving. He tried lots of flavors and liked them all! It is a great healthy option for someone like him who will work 10-12 hours without taking a break, he can eat them fast! If the price isn't an issue for you then I definitely recommend them!
