Encourages kids to read
Nine year old son loves it. Absolutely fantastic and we have the other books in the series too. This book is independently published and is a great example of the fact that what traditional publishers reject actually can sell well. I'm so pleased for the author. We love him in our household.

Very poorly made - the pages all just fall out.
These novels are great for any child who loves Minecraft. My son has enjoyed reading them. He is really careful with books but the books from this series come apart very easily. The covers seperated from the book on first reading, and on second reading the pages are just slipping out one by one. It is a shame the binding quality is not better.

Amazing book!
Hi, my name is Cole. I’m 9 years old. If you or your child likes adventure or minecraft this book is for you! I would say its’ a great book! This book has no inappropriate stuff or bad words. There are 5 books in the series, they’re all great, but I think quest mode is the best. I like it because it has a lot of words!! These are amazing books and they are funny too. My favourite part is the battle. Another book you or your child might like is diary of a minecraft zombie! 5 STARS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Follow runt and his friends now!!

my son loves these books we have been reading them ...
my son loves these books we have been reading them out loud to him and when this book arrived he started "secretly" reading it so that he would know what was going to happen first. I promised not to tell anyone that he was reading

Love This Series!
My kids love this whole series (6 & 9) and this newest installment doesn't disappoint! This one is a wee bit more complex then the four previous books (and a bit harder for my youngest to follow)--but it is a great read. Our whole family enjoyed it together (except for the 9 year old who had to have his own copy and read ahead of us because he JUST COULDN'T WAIT for us;) Love that the books are entertaining and appeal to kids, but aren't full of poor grammar, intentionally misspelled words, and lots of potty talk like some other popular kids books--with this series, kids can actually stretch their vocabularies. If you are new to the series, start with the first book or it won't make much sense. And, kids don't have to be Minecraft fans to enjoy, sure it helps, but most kids will find these books relatable. Cube Kid, please hurry with the next one--we can't wait!
