Worked great. I purchased 2. Looks much nicer than the stereo alternative. Guests loved them. One lid detached at the hing, not a big deal as it was easy enough to adjust.

This food warmer is excellent, has the lasting power, no more sternos, great for keeping all types of food at desired temperature with temperature controls. I bought three, will be buying one or two more!!!

I love the ability to set an exact temperature. No one mentions the noise they produce. It is totally justified, the electric heater kicks in the keep the food hot. But, in a quit setting, the noise can be distracting, and might actually scare young kids. BUT the lid on this is awesome. Easily slides up and back down. The temperature control is great. But the noise they make. I wonder what it might sound like if you had 6 of these on a buffet line kick in at the same time.

It didn't seem to get to hot. Barely kept food warm. Used for Mexican rice & beans.

I recently received the Imacone 9 QT Electric Chafing Dish that I selected to use for all our large family gatherings, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. This buffet warmer is not only stylish with its sleek stainless steel design, but it also performs exceptionally well.The 9 QT capacity is perfect for holding generous portions, and the included half-size food pans make serving as well as refilling a breeze. One of my favorite features is the transparent roll-top design allows guests/family to see the food without lifting the lid and compromising the food’s heat. The temperature control is precise, ensuring that everything stays at the perfect serving temperature throughout out gatherings. Which brings me to my second favorite feature - I love that this doesn’t require candles to keep them warm so you know, the food is staying warm evenly.Setup is straightforward and super easy. The overall quality is fabulous as it is made from quality metal , is very durable and sturdy, and is very easy to clean. This would also be ideal for catering too. I received numerous compliments on how well it kept the food warm without continuously, cooking it, the food stayed moist (not one thing dried out), and then they also loved the elegant presentation it provided.Whether for a family, party, banquet, or catering event - the Imacone chafing dish exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. Very favorite part about this electric shaping dish is the accurate temperature control. There’s no more guessing whether or not you’re running out of sterno and whether or not water is hot enough and whether or not your food is being kept at a safe temperature. I love that. You can accurately set it and control exactly what temperature you need your food to be out. I love that. There are no open flames to deal with which means Wendy conditions are not Issue. I love that. You don’t have to worry about old sterno. It’s very easy to use. It’s very easy to clean. The stainless steel 9 quart dash is plenty large for medium to large crowds. It’s very easy to clean. The lid is easy to clean. I like that it’s clear plastic so that you can see the fluid, which means the lid is most likely going to be left closed more often than a stainless steel lid. I like that the cord comes completely attached so that you’re not wearing about bumping up and ruining the back of the cord. And I love that it comes at two clips. They are a little bit difficult to get into place . We really have to kind of pull and manipulate them but once they’re on the lid does not move which is really great for serving. You can still lift the half but lift, but the lid itself isn’t shifting around on top of the shaping dish. I like that you can heat it up quickly, especially if you start by using hot water. It says it takes about 20 minutes for the water to heat to temperature if you use cold water. I recommend starting with warm to hot water if you are looking to get things going faster. It has a range of temperature that I don’t think you actually even need but it’s a large range. Food safety will tell you that you need to keep food at about 140 to 150° to keep it safe. This goes from about 86 to 194°. There’s plenty flexibility in there. It has a master on an off switch so that you know void anybody accidentally turning it on. You don’t want to use it without water in the lower dish. You only need about an inch of water For it to work effectively. You don’t want too much but it’s bubbling out. It’s really good quality as I need to. I love that. I have better control over the temperature. I love that. It’s easy to store and that I’m not having to find an extra stern now. I love everything about it. It’s a great value and it is something I will get so much use out of.

This 9 quart electric chafing dish is perfect for us to have friends and families over for parties. It is made with good quality stainless steel. The build quality is good. There is not sharp edges. Everything fits well. It has a stainless steel full-size food pan and transparent roll top that opens in the front. The power cord easily detaches for storage, and the temperature control is highly accurate. Located on the back, the on and off switch is easy to access. The water reservoir is easy to cleaning. Since this is electric, you don't have to mess with sterno fuel cans any more. Which is a big plus for me. To keep food secure, the lid clips tightly onto the top and the dish even comes with a pair of metal tongs that fits the setup well. I have used it many times and it is still like new. I really like how it is easier to setup, clean, and store away when comparing to our old sterno fuel setup.

Very nice product and it works very well. The only thing I would’ve liked it to have a longer electrical cord
