My back felt better then ever

Good
Good and very comfortable compared to a plastic one, but could have more or an arch.

Highly recommended
Excellent for back stretcher. Highly recommended! Material is durable, provides the support required when in use, I prefer this compared to hard plastic.

Comfortable to use
An excellent product. Has been crafted together really well, very easy to use. Great strong material allowing for full benefit of the product itself. Great size and shape, priced well cheap and cheerful. Does exactly what it says, made to last long. Great quality. Does not stain easily at all, no mess involved or anything. Easy to install and make use of from the get go. Not had any problems with this, definitely an amazing product and one to get! Stretches the back really well. Very comfortable to use. Good to use before and after gym to reduce chances of any injuries to the back.

A helpful back stretcher, but expensive.
This back stretcher is made from a foam material, making it comfortable to use as it contours to the shape of your body. It's suggested to be used for at least 5 minutes a day to help with back problems, which I feel it's done an OK job of so far, but don't expect miracles. Having said that, I'm hoping the more I use it over the coming months, the more it will help. The price was £49.99 at the time of writing, which I think is very expensive for what it is though. All in all, it's a helpful back stretcher, but expensive.

High quality and helpful
From time to time I suffer with a bad back and using this quality item for just five minutes a day improves it. It is really well-made and extremely easy to use. The design is very good indeed meaning that it helps get the spine in the correct position, relax his muscles and boost blood circulation. It's is compact and means it can be portable as well so allow you to use it wherever you may be. There is a ball in the middle of it which allows you to massage the affected areas but this can be removed if you just need to stretch your back. it is made from a special kind of polyurethane foam which means it is similar to memory foam in terms of comfort and quality.

excellent quality, but doesn't really suit me.
I have a lot of back, neck and shoulder pain, so I was keen to give this a go. first impressions, it's a really well made, sturdy QUALITY product. unfortunately it clearly doesn't suit my specific back issues. my back pain tends to be more eased by forward stretches where I arch the lower back backwards, rather than towards what should be the natural curvature of the spine. clearly, it's different muscles where I am getting pain than those intended to be helped by this product. I've given it a good try, but I tend to just get cramps in either my lower back or shoulders when I lie on it. which isn't to say it's a bad product at all. I'm going to see if anyone in my friendship circle would benefit from this. I know at least one friend who has similar products she swears by for back support, it's clearly just not right for the specific back pain issues I have. however you absolutely can't fault the quality and sturdiness of this support. if you get on with this kind of support, this one is clearly a VERY good one. sadly, it just doesn't work for my specific problems. I'm going to give it to my mum first, as she has back issues too, but like me, usually feels that forward stretches help more than arching the back, so the underlying cause is probably similar. but I'm sure I can find it a good home where it will be appreciated, as it's obviously a really well made and potentially helpful product. at this price, I would suggest maybe using something like a rolled towel or folded cushion for a while before splashing out, as it's not cheap, but if you find using things like that to support your lower back help, this is probably the rolls royce of back supports. as I said, quality and durability wise, it has a LOT going for it.

Well made stretcher
Item received in good condition in a plastic bag for protection. You receive a back stretcher, a rubber ball and in instruction leaflet. Firstly the back stretcher appears very good quality and well made to stand up to the job in hand. Its is very sturdy and its completely shaped ready for use. The surface has many ridges and raised areas placed to give the best results. I have been using every day for over a week now and to use is really simple, lie back and place the unit in the small of the back. As you lie back on it you can really feel this stretch out your back muscles. As I'm getting older I feel the need to stretch more and more every day and don't want to lose my suppleness as I get older. It doesn't feel all that comfortable but I guess its not meant too, if there is a little pain or discomfort then maybe its doing its job. After lying for several minuets you do get a feeling that its stretched your back. It does come with a solid rubber ball that can be inserted to target specific areas but I haven't felt the need to try this yet. The stretcher itself has easily stood up to the wear and tear I have given it and as long as you are able to get down on the floor to use it.
