I wasn't sure if I wanted the neck piece when searching for a back support for my car. Fortunately this product comes with a separate back and neck piece so you can easily use just the back piece if you prefer. In my case it allowed me to experiment with the neck piece; which I have decided to use. I have to adjust both pieces when I sit down to make sure they're in the right spot to fit the curvature of my back, but fortunately the pressure from leaning back keeps the back piece in place. The neck piece I find comfortable when leaning back, but to keep my eyes on the road I'm not pressing back into the cushion which means I use it less as a support and more like a cushion if for example I'm waiting for someone in the store.Overall, this product definitely makes a difference when driving by improving my posture and making long drives more comfortable.

Wow. That's all I can say. This is so comfortable for my bad back. I don't normally comment on things or leave product reviews, but this product is truly amazing. I'm an Army veteran and I've had horrible back pain and muscle spasms since a 500+ lb. tent fell on me. This product feels like a hug while I'm driving! You need it. Much better than the other support cushions I have tried. Purchased for a car with non-ergonomically shaped seats and these cushions make them much more tolerable. They are soft and squishy not stiff and unmalleable like others.

I have another lumbar support that I am using prior to this product. I still get back pains from the old one that is why I decided to try this one out. I was extremely pleased with this product! It feels super comfortable and made my driving experience very relaxing. It was not that soft but not that firm either. Just the perfect softness for my back and neck. One of the best purchases I have for my car so far. Highly recommended!

This completely gets rid of low back pain while I am driving. I suggest putting the headrest aside because it is more comfortable to just use the lumbar support.

Great concept, reasonably constructed. But - the foam is far too soft to provide the support necessary to be effective...

The neck portion took awhile to get used to and can only be used if my hair is done and out of the way. The back support cushion does little to help Lumbar, but is better than nothing.

I love this. I got it for my husband but it ended up getting put into our van and now I get to use it.

New car regulations means the head rest forces me to look down at my thighs! I'm 5'10" and find that this headrest fits well in the groove between the headrest and seat and my head is well supported. The memory foam is very comforatble and now I'm not looking down when I lean back in the seat.

Very soft memory foam.It doesnt really hold you, or does it even balance softness and hardness like other memory foams.But it works fine for what use it on.

Nevk pillow does not cup the head and neck fully. The lower umbar support is good. Overall too soft and I find my neck hurts more by intentionally pulling away from it, while driving.

To soft on Support, not like Obusforme.
