If you're thinking about getting a stretching machine...... Look no further
This is the third stretching machine I've purchased in the past three months.... I guess three truly is the charm. The first two units (from different manufacturers) were returned for "flimsy" build quality and issues with their hand wheel parts. This unit arrived yesterday and I'm pleasantly surprised. Easy to assembly, but I recommend tightening all the other already assembled screws, nut & bolts, as they may have rattled loose during shipment. Once all that was done, I added felt pads under the metal base plates, to ensure I don't scratch my wood floors. The most important feature (for me) is the hand wheel doesn't "wobble" when it's being cranked, it spins easy and solidly. I can't say the same for the other two previous units. If you've had doubts or been burned before with cheap quality before, this is your Huckleberry..... ;)

My husband has zero flexibility. We bought this to help him so that he could be flexible to get on and off a bicycle without killing himself. It has helped tremendously!

Unit is decent. Good size for me but I'm not real tall. The only thing I would like to have seen them do is drill out the bar that spins the unit to open up the legs wider. I'll do it myself but it will make it so that if there is resistance because someone is very tight it won't slip but overall I really enjoy it

Inner/outer tight stretch is amazing
So I’ve been wanting to get my flexibility back and seen this product. I decided why not give it a try, ok first warning that it doesn’t tell you is once you venture into using this the inner and outer thighs will be screaming if you haven’t stretched in a while. Yes, you control how wide you want to go, but trust me start off at a decent width. Now since I’ve been using this I have noticed less lower back pain, which I love. If you stay true to it you will see the difference in your flexibility.
