purchased for a tabletop fireplace but they outlast the fluid one uses with them. That having been said, they are GREAT fire starters for my small solostove!

They're reliable
Do you have a table top fire place? This is perfect for you. I have one and it rained I'd never owned one before so I though I could simply dump the water from the fuel holder refill and light but the wool that came with the fire put Soaked up the water like a spondge would and made awful poping, hissing, and snaping sounds at me not the vibe I wanted so I bought these replacement ones and they're great I especially like the shape cause it means you can get them to fit a variety of sizes of pits without cutting them.

Very Poor longevity
Very poor longevity. I bought this ceramic wool wick for a tabletop fire pit and it does not last. After only a short period of use, the material burned down significantly and stopped performing as expected. I was under the impression that ceramic wool would be durable and long-lasting, but this wore out extremely fast. Because it degrades so quickly, it requires frequent replacement, which defeats the purpose of buying this product. I would not recommend it if you’re looking for something reliable or cost-effective.
