Item works well. The lighted flames are really pretty realistic, and the sound is believable. Heat is adequate with the multiple level blower to disperse the heat better. Very pleased.

Surprisingly Attractive and Realistic Looking
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Only had the unit 2 days but I am impressed. I bought it to replace the original fireplace insert that came with the television entertainment center. It stopped working and I could not get an exact replacement. This unit really worked out great. It fits nicely in the opening and actually looks more realistic than the one I replaced. It puts out more heat too!

Not realistic, very little heat.
Not great. Might heat a small space like a... bathroom? Didn't even slightly heat our small living room, don't even think the heater worked. And the flame is silly, it pulses or slow strobes, fire doesn't do that so it just looks odd. This is the third insert I've tried, and cheaper ones looked more realistic. Returning item. Not realistic looking and for the higher BTU, heater is weak.

Works good, looks good. Way cheaper than fixing the chimney and way cleaner than messing with wood.

Great solution for supplemental heat in our cottage. We put it in a free standing mid-century modern fireplace and fairly pleased with the results, just wish the heat was adjustable instead of on or off.

The fireplace invert stopped working after 1 week!

Defective Product and lack of support from BIDDEAL
RARELY used this product , when it came time to use it. It turns off by itself after 1 minute of use. This product is defective. Contacted Seller and was told that their policy is 30 days for return or exchange. If you would like to spend $300 for one time use, you can order this product. I know I won't !!!
