The product matched the expectation,the embossing done was pretty and it had dark black colour ink.If you want to gift someone something classy go for it looks rich and elegant.Value for money.The pages are of high quality and can be ussd both for writing and drawing.Small size of this can be easily carried in small bag or purse

Book is nice, but the blue dye comes off a bit. My fingertips are blue after holding it. Also the name is printed on it, not embroidered/stitched

Undoubtedly, the book was in shelf for an extended period. The book was covered in dust. I had to wipe the dust of including the spider web The stitching was starting to look stretched due to ageing. The pages seemed nice The lock was rusty It's usable but didn't get that authentic feeling of good old craftsmanship. Instead, a book made in a rush and left it there feeling was received.

If you wish to gift something special. Go for it. Handmade as antique style and also with customizable names. I love it. The quality of the paper is also too good than I expected.
