The plug in part can be kind of loose depending on what I am using it for (bought these to have longer cords for my walking pad and vibe pad in my basement since the cords they come with are about 2.5 feet long and didn't work for where I wanted to place them in the room) but it hasn't fallen out, so no complaints.
