Very rugged, however from picture it looks like 2 bands and loops to put your hands in. In reality think of it as a giant elastic band, nothing better.

Very lightly used, maybe 2 doz times at most. Broke when i was setting them up on smith machine. Ones I got from gymreaper lasted 4 years with heavy (1-3 times a week for 4 years) before they broke and they seemed to be tighter and offer more resistance. Ill never purchase anything from TRX again. Complete waste of money

I attached mine to a “grab bar” securely attached to the wall… 16” to 18” from the floor… and use to stretch legs and lower back while keeping the hip joints under load… very effective in helping keep the hip joints flexible… and eliminating low back issues

I use this at least once a week and have been using it for years. It’s easy to set up, high quality as it has lasted for years and stretches well with a good resistance curve. Great value for the money when found on sale.

This product arrived defective, with fissures in multiple places along the band. Unfortunately the defects render the product unusable for hip distractions, hip hinges, and pull ups without putting the user at risk of tearing the product. It’s a shame, because TRX usually delivers superior quality and reliability.
