Good support
This belt is very supportive especially after having a c section. I didn't always wear it in the daytime as it can show through clothing but wore the first belt sometimes with the second through the night. I would recommend putting a vest on first otherwise I think it would irritate the skin.

Bought it to use after a C-section
I was confused at the beginning as i wasn't sure how to use it, because its 3 different belts.One of the reasons I have given 4 stars, the instructions are very poor.The product itself is well made and it offers great support making me feel very comfortable during my daily activities.It did help to put my tummy back in place, but it does take time, allow yourself some time to recover.

Helpful after giving birth
I think the idea of this set is great, though i ended up using only two parts out of three. The belt 1 and 2. I sued belt 1 (the one you can wear pretty much after birth) the most.He quality is good and if i have another baby i will use it again.Just one thing is that i feel 3 belts is too much. When you wear all 3 of them it feels a lot like a corset and i couldn't wear them for long as its difficult to sit or rotate your core.2 belts were enough for me

Recommend for post c section mums!
Product arrived quickly and came in a great little case that it can be stored in. Its made of comfortable material and I have put it through the wash successfully a couple of times. It fits how you want it to fit by adjusting it and it stays in position. It has been great for me as I carry my toddler and baby in carriers but need the extra core support after a c section.

Buy it!
Great product! 3 months post partum and I was back in my pre pregnancy clothes. I don't know if it was thanks to this belt or not but it felt like it was helping. Also helped support my back when I was sitting forward feeding baby (I'm not medically trained that's my opinion only!!!!)

Excellent For Pregnant Belly pelvic support relief.
I bought this for my large 37 week belly needing support and to be honest all women should be recommended this for comfort belt as your pelvis muscles soften and stomach stretches. So I’ve been using the first of the 3 bands that it comes with. It’s not recommended but I did sleep with it on and the elastic did dig into me a little bit but the support it gave my lower belly was really amazing. The velcro is very strong and doesn’t shift and sits soft and comfortable at the front. Very great purchase for comfort and support for Mama’s to be. Will edit review for post natal 2nd and 3rd belts.

Does the job
Good postpartum belly wrap used after 2nd child. Good instructions detailing when each strap should be used which I found useful. Only downfalls: 1)it rolls up occassionally but that could be that im strapping it too tight maybe...2) its bulky under clothing even with just 2 of the straps...

Not flattering but good for back pain
I didn't wear this as often as recommended as I felt it made me look wider and it is not so comfy for sitting around breasteeding in, however I always wore it to go for walks in the early days and still wear it now 7 months on if my back is sore and I'm going to have baby in the sling as I feel it gives my back support and improves my posture. I was in a size 16 after delivery and now in a 12 but can still wear this.
